Designed with a standard EC5 male plug, serving as a perfect replacement cable for most 12V portable lithium jump starter on the market.
Eliminates guesswork with clear visual and audio feedback. Alternating red and green lights indicate standby mode, solid green light confirms a safe connection ready to crank, while solid red with a loud continuous buzzer alerts you to connection errors or temperature faults.
When your vehicle battery is deeply discharged (below normal detection threshold), the integrated "Force Start" (RST) button allows you to override normal protection logic with a single 3-second press to force power output and start severely drained engines.
Built-in advanced smart relay circuit board automatically safeguards your jump starter and car battery against short circuits, reverse polarity (incorrect connections), reverse charging back-feed, input over-voltage (>18.5V), under-voltage (<13.3V), and load drop-off.
Features reinforced 6# ABS clamp housings with high-conductivity copper-plated metal teeth. Ensures maximum contact area, zero sparks, and a tight bite on both top and side-post vehicle battery terminals.
Engineered with thick 10 AWG ultra-flexible copper wiring rated up to 200℃. Delivers high current transfer with minimal resistance and heat generation, ensuring smooth starting power up to 600A peak without risk of melting.
Includes an automated high-temperature protection mechanism. If continuous engine cranking causes internal relay temperatures to reach 80℃±10℃, the system shuts down output to prevent thermal damage, automatically resetting once cooled to 65℃±10℃.

Insert the EC5 connector fully into the EC5 port of your portable jump starter. Red & Green LEDs flash alternately. (No sound indicates normal standby). Note: If red light stays on with a long beep, input voltage is incorrect (<13.3V or >17.5V).
Attach the Red Clamp to the Positive (+) terminal and the Black Clamp to the Negative (-) terminal. Solid Green Light ON with a click sound indicates a safe and correct connection. Note: If red light stays ON with a loud beep, check for reversed polarity or a short circuit.
Turn your ignition key or push the START button to crank the car engine within 60 seconds. Solid Green Light ON during the ignition window.
Once the vehicle starts, disconnect the clamps from the battery first, then unplug the EC5 connector. Device returns to standby.
If the red/green lights keep flashing or red light turns ON because your car battery is completely dead (below 4V), double-check that connections are correct, then press and hold the Force Start button for 3 seconds until the green light stays solid, then start your vehicle immediately.
Pre-charge SC25 via Type-C PD or EC8 from car battery to >90%. Display: screen displays "100%" with beep when full.
Connect clamps correctly. Press and hold "START" for 3s until 10s countdown finishes and "OUT" stays on.
Press car ignition within 30s. Display: "OUT" stays solid with a continuous beep as the engine starts.
Disconnect clamps from the battery. Screen indicator "OUT" turns off.
